SW Emergency Services provides professional, vacuum & bulk pneumatic conveying for both emergency response and scheduled services. We have been in the reclamation & salvage business for over 40 years, specializing in bulk pneumatic rail transfers, train derailments, disaster remediation, truck transfers & rollovers, grain vacuuming, plant and industrial services, elevator emergencies and fires.
We provide 24 hour emergency service, seven days-a-week, so we can help you get back in production!
We own and operate a well maintained fleet of Vacuuming & Pneumatic Conveying equipment moving up to 7,500 bushels or 100/150 metric tons per hour of grain. SW. currently has a total of 10 vacuums in inventory. We have five specialty vacuums for rock & debris from HyVac, Guzzler and two rock vacuums. Five grain vacuums including a Handlair 560D truck mounted, Handlair 660D truck mounted - Hi-Rail equipped, two VacBoss 4066D's, and a Vacboss 4088D trailer mounted. All vacs carry between 250 and 500 ft of conveying line.
We also have a SW 1188 truck mounted 1000 horsepower super Vac with a capacity of 150 plus metric ton per hour. It has 8" vacuum and pressure lines, up to 1500 ft.
Our fleet also consists of bobcats with grapple forks, wheel loader, metal baler, trucks, trailers, light plants, generators and a specialized 6000 lb telehandler forklift with 42' boom and an additional 20 ft attachment for bridged material and fire suppression.
With our specialized equipment we are capable of moving anything from baby powder to six inch river rocks and all types of grain, feed and most fertilizers.
S.W. INC is committed to safety. Our employees participate in rigorous and ongoing safety training programs which include confined space training, confined space rescue, hazard communicator, first aid, CPR, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, Rail Road operations and operational training on all of our equipment.
Elevators and other agricultural storage facilities often require movement of grain, fertilizer, chemicals, flour, sugar and many other products. Our equipment can quickly and efficiently move agricultural materials without danger of contamination.
Products for industrial uses such as plastics, bentonite and cement are handled with the utmost care to guard against the entry of foreign material during the recovery process.
Over-the-highway trucks often require emergency unloading service and sometimes meet with accidents that require reloading and general clean-up of the area. S.W. has the equipment and personnel required to efficiently meet each situation.
Derailments are handled quickly and efficiently. Car-to-car transfers and general yard clean-ups are part of our service. In most cases, our equipment can be on the job in a matter of hours.
